ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

DEADLINE: 

All Abstracts for review must be submitted before the 15th of April at 23:50 EET.

  • Abstract submissions can only be made electronically through the congress website.
  • The abstract should be structured in clear and concise paragraphs under the following subheadings: Title, Topic area (This is to ensure your abstract is placed in the right category. We welcome abstracts from a range of topics listed above, kindly refer to the list provided to choose the most appropriate topic area for your abstract) Objective, Background information, Method, Results and Conclusion
  • Abstracts should also contain keywords that best define the chosen Topic area
  • Abstracts must be in English and should contain no more than 350 words. N.B excluding the names of Authors and Co-authors, Title of the Abstract (Do not include email, phone number or website address to the Title), and excluding the name(s) of the companies of the original Author or Co-authors.
  • Abstracts should contain original and previously unpublished results.
  • All Authors and Co-authors must be listed.
  • One image (figure, table, chart or illustration) can be attached to the abstract. No end-notes or citations are allowed in the Abstract.
  • Acceptable data formats: PDF, JPG, GIF, PNG. Maximum file size: 5MB, 600(w) x 800(h) pixels.
  • The first author must present his/her presentation.
  • The first author must complete pre-registration when submitting an abstract.
  • Notification of abstract acceptance will be sent via E-mail no later than 25th of April
  • The Scientific Committee reserves the right to reject any abstract it considers not to be appropriate in relation to the congress criteria.
  • Accepted abstracts shall be presented as posters, and only a limited number of requests for oral presentation will be granted. The final decision will be made by the Scientific Committee of the congress.
