Badges:
Identification Badges with basic introductory information about the person will also be given. This will make identification and ice-breaking easier during the congress. They should be worn at all times while at the congress venue. Please be sure to fill your name and title accurately and as you would want them displayed during registration.
Dress Code:
Gala Night: Formal wear will be required for this event.
Bon Fire: The Bonfire will be held at a beach so bring something comfortable and free
Social Events: Summer will be close to commencement. The temperatures will be rising so try to bring something that'll allow you to go through the day with little discomfort
Cultural Night:
To celebrate every single culture on the palate, EMUPSS is planning to have a night where everyone gets to share and in turn learn different cultures. We urge all International Students to bring something that embraces their culture whether it be attire, instrument or FOOD and DRINKS! Feel free to bring anything that fully embraces and highlights where you are from.
Breaks:
There will be 2 breaks on each day of the Congress. They will vary in time based on the day and timetable for that particular day. Refreshments will be served during the first break to energize attendees for the following proceedings. Lunch will be served on the second break and is covered by the registrations fees.
Filming and Recording Policy:
Filming the sessions or recording them is strictly prohibited. If caught doing so, the individual will be immediately displaced from the session and not allowed to enter any of the following one as well. EMUPSS will have their own filming and photography crew and all recordings are property of EMUPSS.
Attendance and Participation Certificates:
Certificates validating and appreciating participation as well as attendance will be given after the congress. To avoid heavy costs the certificates will be e-mailed to attendees as a soft copy to allow them to print them at their discretion. If any of the attendees would rather have a hard copy for specific reasons he/she can contact the organizers and they will prepare one for them. The Certificates will be prepared and delivered within 10 days of the Congress' conclusion.
